Fast and maneuverable, the Vector is aimed at surfers with a powerful and committed style, eager to elevate their game in waves of lesser quality.

Targeting explosiveness

A fairly straight and progressive rocker line offers a wide sweet-spot and improved planing capabilities.

The bottom has a subtle mix of single and double concave.

The rather narrow nose makes it easier to draw shorter arcs, while the outline of the rear part, with a pronounced bump at approximately 12’’ from the tail, offers quick reactions and the right mix of drive and release.

Shaper’s breakdown

This model fill the gap between the KingPin and the SuperCharged: a shape designed to satisfy the users of the KingPin model, looking for a version more suited for ‘’low quality waves”.

The common basic characteristics (of the Kingpin) make it a resolutely efficient shape, appreciated by surfers with a committed and powerful style.

A straighter rocker, more planing area, a volume more evenly distributed, and more ‘packed’ proportions, allow for more efficiency in conditions in which it is necessary to generate speed.

Size chart

For ideal efficiency in small to medium waves, choose this model as long as your height, with a little more width than normal.

If most of the time you surf less than good conditions, order this shape a bit longer and narrower, and enjoy it as an everyday board.

Keep in mind that the measurements presented here are guidelines for you to understand the proportions of the model.

These sizes are proven and popular among surfers, but it is possible (and we recommend) to adapt them to your body frame, level and experience, to meet your specific needs.

More tech

The outline draws a fluid and rounded line, with a mild break at the level of the front fins allowing to increase the planing area while keeping a tail not too wide.

The bottom has a fairly deep single concave along the entire length, with a slight double concave between the side fins.

The rocker is progressive, a little straighter compared to the KingPin, to ensure more natural glide.

The volume is rather centered under the surfer’s feet, with the ends quite thin, to ensure control, precision and responsiveness.
